GurlFytrz Calendar

My mission is to help women get focused on physical and mental well being. We all need a little focus. I want you to print this calendar out each week and do what you can. Hopefully, you will find yourself doing a little more each week. Don’t feel like you have to do everything the first or even second week. Just do what you can, and be happy with a few moves towards the ultimate goal of being a GurlFytr.

I want to help you become more focused, self-assured and fit. I would love you to interact with this website; chat or send me feedback. I know when I changed my eating and fitness habits it was a process that took a year or so. I took little steps to improve my eating, which, by the way, was the hardest part of changing. The physical part of it, for me, was easy; it was just work to do. Changing the eating habits, for me, was the hard part. I still struggle with that on occasion. Being physical is just putting in the work and saying, “I am going to do this, and I’m doing it.”

Even if you cannot do everything on the calendar in one time frame, PLEASE do a little bit here and there, and just get it checked off. Everyone is different, and some things that are easy for you may be hard for another. That is where your encouragement and comments come in. Interaction will help others, so give GurlFytrz some feedback and help others get the journey started.

There is nothing that feels better than when I do my abs workout before I retire at night. It’s best to try and do as much as you can in the morning, because its really hard to push yourself to do something physical at the end of the day, but if you do not do anything all day at LEAST do your abs before bedtime.

GurlFytrz’ mission is to inspire women to make changes in their live. Hopefully, for most women, that will include not only mental but physical change to help you feel better. When this whole thing started, it was just a logo on a few t-shirts. The name Gurlfytrz rang with authority. It demands attention. It has so much more to do in this life; I have so much more to do in this life. GurlFytrz has so many women and girls to help.

So print this calendar out, and start to do a few things each day. Get some confidence, and feel good about yourself. And, by the way, you just began your journey. Congratulations.
